PACIFIC COAST ACADEMY formally welcomed BARUM JIU-JITSU as an approved vendor. We are listed as an approved vendor on the system. Families will be able to request our approved services using our planning amounts. If the services have been approved and processed, we will receive a copy of an approved Enrichment Certificate. Please we cannot provide any services to our students prior to receiving an Enrichment Certificate. Here is an overview of the process: Family requests approved services from an approved service vendor. Services are reviewed by their Home School Teacher (HST) and approved if appropriate for the student’s educational needs. An Enrichment Certificate is created and emailed to the approved vendor. Services will be provided by the vendor. Vendor may submit an itemized invoice for services rendered. Please remember, in order to protect our business; services should not be provided to students without an Enrichment Certificate. Enrichment Certificates are the guarantee of payment and are required in order for you to submit your invoice for payment. We look forward to working with you! #HOMESCHOOLING
